With more than 20 years of experience across transformation delivery, program leadership and Microsoft business applications, Ankur has led complex initiatives spanning customer engagement, member management, finance, integration, analytics, digital experience and operational transformation.
His focus is straightforward: establish clear ownership, provide executive visibility, manage delivery risk early and ensure technology investments translate into measurable business outcomes.
