Do we need a Health Check first?

For new clients, we normally recommend starting with a Health Check so we understand your environment, backlog and priorities. Where RENAYA already has sufficient knowledge of the platform, this may not be necessary.

Who does the work?

Your engagement is led from Australia and supported by RENAYA’s integrated specialist team in India across functional consulting, development and testing. Team composition depends on the work being delivered.

Can we change tiers?

Capacity can be reviewed as your backlog and priorities change, subject to the agreed commercial terms and resource availability.
